CDC occupies a prime position within the world’s most intensive science and technological cluster (according to Global Innovation Index). Ideally located for organisations wishing to secure a foothold in this fast-moving and energetic cluster, in addition to those already here that are looking to scale-up. Its location provides swift access, via multiple transport options, to other commercial and academic hubs across the cluster and convenient arterial routes out to additional national and international markets.

Fastest direct access to Cambridge Biomedical Campus

CDC provides occupiers direct access to and from Cambridge Biomedical Campus, home to world class research, patient care and academic excellence – all located in a single destination.

Cambridge South Station will be a quick 8-minute journey via car. Alternatively, a 15-minute cycle ride away along a dedicated existing cycle route.

Cycleways transect the campus connecting to Cambridge Biomedical Campus and beyond. The new Park & Ride adjacent to CDC (completing in 2026) will provide 2,200 car parking spaces (overspill parking for CDC) and frequent public transport connections. 12 new buses an hour with six routing via the Guided Busway and Cambridge Railway Station and six towards the city centre along Trumpington Road.
