Superb Amenity

A new sports and amenity building will enhance the on-campus experience both for campus occupiers and the local community. Developed in close consultation with Hauxton Parish Council the facility will include a café and kitchen, licensed bar and outside dining terrace, fully equipped gym, bike repair station, drying room, showers/changing facilities and meeting rooms, plus separate changing facilities for the community sports teams. Campus concierge and security will also be based here.

30-Acre Parkland

A beautiful landscaped, 30-acre park, open to campus occupiers and the community, will provide access to new woodland and meadows for all to enjoy. A new pedestrian bridge will connect Hauxton and CDC to Trumpington Meadows Nature Reserve and County Park which in turn will open previously inaccessible land creating walking and cycling routes to Trumpington Meadows.
